1. Who we are
These terms are an agreement between you and Morocode LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States (filing ID 2026-002091890), with its registered office at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States ("Morocode", "we", "us"). 2. Scope
These terms apply to morocode.com and to the products and services we sell, including our software-as-a-service products (such as Voisinia), website services and mobile apps (together, the "Services").
A product may have its own terms of sale or terms of use, for example the Voisinia terms of sale or the terms of each mobile app listed on our app policies page. Those product terms apply together with these terms; if they conflict, the product terms prevail for that product.
3. Accounts
Some Services require an account. You must give accurate information, keep your login details confidential and tell us promptly if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity under your account. Our business products are intended for professionals acting for their business; you confirm you have authority to bind the business you register.
4. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown on the product's website before you buy, in the currency of your country. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude taxes such as VAT or sales tax, which are added or self-assessed where the law requires.
- Payment is made in advance by card through our payment provider, Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number.
- An invoice or receipt is sent by email for each payment.
- If a payment fails, we will let you know and may suspend the Service if the payment is not resolved within 15 days.
- We may change prices for future billing periods. We will tell you at least 30 days before a new price applies to an existing subscription, and you can cancel before it does.
5. Renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account or by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you keep access until then. Monthly plans have no minimum term.
6. Refunds
Refunds, including our first-month money-back guarantee, are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Services to:
- break any law or infringe anyone's rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights;
- publish content that is false, misleading, defamatory, hateful, or that you do not have the right to use;
- send spam or post fake reviews;
- attempt to access systems or data you are not authorised to access, or interfere with the Services' security or operation;
- resell or copy the Services without our written permission.
8. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you provide to us, such as texts, photos, logos and business information. You give us a limited licence to use it only as needed to provide the Services to you, for example to prepare and publish posts you have approved. You confirm that you have the right to provide this content.
9. Our intellectual property
The Services, including software, designs, texts and trademarks, belong to Morocode LLC or its licensors. Subject to these terms and to payment of any applicable fees, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services during your subscription. Content we create specifically for you and that you have paid for (such as published posts or your website's texts) may be used by you freely.
10. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Services available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may improve, change or discontinue features. If we discontinue a paid Service, we will give reasonable notice and refund any amount paid for the period after it ends.
Some Services depend on third-party platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) or Google Play. We do not control those platforms, their rules or their decisions, such as whether Google verifies a business profile.
11. Warranties
We provide the Services with reasonable care and skill. Except as stated in these terms and as far as the law allows, the Services are provided "as is", without other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee specific business results such as rankings, reviews, visits or sales.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Morocode LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service concerned in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
13. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms, if payment remains unresolved, or if the law requires it. Where possible we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property, liability and governing law) continue after termination.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Wyoming, unless the law of your country gives you, as a consumer, the right to bring a claim in your own courts. Before going to court, please contact us: most problems are solved quickly by email.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. For significant changes affecting paid subscriptions, we will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance. If you continue to use the Services after the change takes effect, the new terms apply; if you do not agree, you can cancel.
