In short: monthly plans have no minimum term and can be cancelled online at any time. If the first month doesn't suit you, tell us within 30 days of your first payment and we refund it in full, no reason needed.

Cancelling a subscription
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel. There is no minimum term, no cancellation fee and no notice period.
- Cancel from your client area in the product (for Voisinia, on voisinia.com), or by emailing [email protected] from the address on your account.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, which you have already paid for. You keep access until then, and you will not be charged again.
- Apart from the first-month guarantee below, the period already started is not refunded, in full or in part.
First-month guarantee
If the first month of a subscription doesn't suit you, tell us within 30 days of your first payment. We refund the first month in full, with no reason required, and the subscription ends.
- The guarantee applies once per customer and per business.
- It covers the subscription itself. It does not cover a one-time setup fee once the setup work has been delivered.
Annual plans
Annual plans are paid for 12 months in advance at a reduced price. Within 30 days of the first annual payment, you can ask for the full annual amount back. After 30 days the plan runs until the end of the paid year and is not refunded, in full or in part; you can turn off renewal at any time so it is not charged again.
One-time services
Some services are paid once, such as creating a business's online profiles or building a website.
- If you cancel before we start the work, we refund the full amount.
- Once the work has been delivered, the fee is not refunded, because the work cannot be returned.
- Voisinia only: if Google permanently rejects a business profile we created, the setup price is refunded.
- Website hosting that follows a website build is billed monthly and can be cancelled like any subscription.
Mobile apps
Our Android apps are free to download. If an app ever offers a paid purchase through Google Play, the purchase is processed by Google and Google Play's refund policy applies; we will also help if you write to us.
How to ask for a refund
- Email [email protected] with the subject "Refund request", or use the client area of the product.
- Tell us the email address you paid with and the product. A reason is welcome but not required within the guarantee.
- We confirm within one business day and issue the refund to the card you paid with. Banks usually show it within 5 to 10 business days.
Refunds are made in the currency and to the payment method used for the original payment. We do not charge any fee for a refund.
Charges you don't recognise
Our charges appear on card statements as MOROCODE, sometimes followed by the product name (for example MOROCODE* VOISINIA). If you see a charge you don't recognise or think is wrong, please write to us before contacting your bank: we answer within one business day and correct any mistake straight away.
